Features
Light transmittance: High light transmittance, co-extruded UV protective layer on the surface of the plate, which will not turn yellow and fog after exposure to sunlight, affecting the light transmittance of the plate. Depending on the color, the light transmittance can reach 25% -92%.
Anti-ultraviolet: PC board is produced by co-extrusion, and the surface is covered with a layer of high-concentration ultraviolet absorbent (with single-sided co-extruded UV layer and double-sided co-extruded UV layer), which can absorb and eliminate 98% of the harmful ultraviolet rays of sunlight. Long-term weather resistance, artificial weathering aging experiments prove that after ten years of warranty, the board can maintain good physical properties within -40 ºC ~ 120 ºC.
Light weight: The specific gravity of the hollow board is only 1/12 of the general glass of the same thickness, and the endurance board is 1/2, and it is not fragile. It saves transportation, handling, installation and support frame and other building structures, saving costs and labor.
Impact resistance: The impact strength of the endurance board is 200 times that of glass, and the hollow board is 80 times that of glass. It is not easy to be damaged during installation and use.
Thermal insulation: The thermal conductivity of PC board is very different from that of general synthetic resin, which is 1/4 of glass, 1/300 of iron, 1/1000 of aluminum, 1/12000 of copper, and is a material with good thermal insulation.
Flame retardancy: After testing by the National Fire Protection Building Material Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, all indicators are in accordance with the requirements of the flame retardant materials. According to the provisions of GB8624-1997, the combustion performance of the PC sheet reaches the flame retardant B1 level. The ignition point of the solar panel is 580 degrees Celsius. It will extinguish itself after leaving the fire. It will not produce toxic gases during combustion and will not promote the spread of the fire.
Good workability: It can be cut by general woodworking tools without special equipment. According to the design, it can be installed into a shape, semi-circular roof and window. The minimum bending radius is 175 times the thickness of the plate. Can be installed by cold bending or hot bending, suitable for various shapes.
Weather resistance: The solar panel can adapt to various severe weather changes from severe cold to high temperature. The embrittlement temperature at low temperature is -100 ºC, the softening temperature at high temperature is 146 ºC, and the allowable temperature under long-term load conditions is -40 ºC ~ + 120 ºC The bearing temperature is -100 ºC ~ +135 ºC. Under this condition, other panels will be significantly deformed or even destroyed, but the solar panel still has excellent physical properties.
Tips
At present, many glasses on the market do not comply with the construction and installation of the plate, which causes serious corrosion to the plate or the performance of the plate cannot be synchronized with the service life of the plate, which leads to cracks or water leakage. :
1) Neutral silicone structure sealant, no pungent odor, to ensure that the plate is not corrosive to metal.
2) Low elastic modulus.
3) Good bonding strength, will not change due to wind, snow and rain, effectively guarantee the sealing effect.
4) It has good extrudability and touch deformation in the temperature range of -20 ºC -40 ºC, and it can be directly extruded with a glue gun.
5) During the curing process, low shrinkage and no wrinkles.
6) After curing, it will not become brittle, harden or crack at a low temperature of -40 ºC, and will not soften and degrade at a high temperature of + 150 ºC, and always maintain good elasticity.
